Doucce Eyeshadow Palette,
A few weeks ago my daughter got her winter fabfitfun box and inside was an eyeshadow palette by Doucce. As this company was new to me I quickly googled it and found it was a New York City beauty company – www.doucce.com, I was excited to try this new palette which is called a Freematic eyeshadow pro palette – smokey eye finish. This is such a brilliant idea. You can create your own eyeshadow palette, the shadows are on a magnet to stay put in the case. Or you can order one that is already colour co-ordinated at a cost of $35.00 U.S. for a quad eyeshadow palette. The company has other products that they sell, lipsticks, eyeliners, just to mention a few. The shadows are very neutral in the palette we got (which I like). There is a mix of shimmer and matte shadows. I was very impressed with the shadows, have good pigment and staying power. There was no creasing and the colour did not disappear half way through the day. I was very pleased with this eyeshadow and would recommend it.
Dior lip maximizer collagen activ-
This product is a lip plumper/volumizer that you can use alone or on top of a lip gloss or lipstick. There is a rich blend of collagen and marine-based fillers that smooth and moisturizer giving it the appearance of fuller lips. When applied the lips tingle a little bit, nothing crazy like some other lip plumpers that I have tried in the past. Cost is $41.00 and comes in 3 tints – apricot (sheer apricot shine), pink (sheer pink shine) and beige sunrise (sheer beige shine).
Rouge Dior Liquid –
This is a long wearing liquid lipstick. The applicator applies just the right amount of colour and coverage to the lips, it lasts up to 12 hours. It comes in 3 finishes matte, satin and metal, with a range of wonderful colours. I bought the #427 Delicate Satin which is a light brown shade. I never would have tried a brown shade but I absolutely loved this colour once I put it on. Very natural. With its unique formula, this liquid lipstick feels very lightweight, smooth and actually stays on. I apply the Dior Lip Maximizer collagen activ on top and I really get a wonderful shine and smoothness to my lips. There are many shades to choose from at $43.00 each. After eating and drinking I found that the colour stayed on for at least 6 hours on me. I would totally recommend this product.
