My Review of Poppables by Lays –

I joined @influenster  last fall and a few weeks ago I got an email saying I would be receiving my first Voxbox  – Poppables by Lays ,  I was very excited to get my first campaign from @influenster to review.

For those not familiar with influenster it’s a community of readers that rate and review products.  Products that you use everyday.  Influenster sends out campaigns from various companies to  individuals to try their product and rate them.  I’m not sure how the rating system works or how you get picked for one campaign and not another.   When you rate products you should post your views on your social media accounts.  Since I don’t have a face book account I will add a review on my blog, this is my first attempt at reviewing food, which I don’t normally do – hope its ok.

I got my box with my sample of  Lays Poppables, i was lucky to get the Honey BBQ flavour.  I opened the bag and put it in a bowl, the shape is unique, almost like honey comb cereal but it’s potato which is puffed out.  The texture is light and airy,  they taste like BBQ potato chips but a little bit sweeter because of the honey flavour. They are very crunchy, satisfy’s the crunch factor if you like that in a snack, which I do.   It was an instant hit in at my house, the bowl was finished very quickly.   We have re-bought the product a few times already, a hit at the lake when everyone’s ready for snacks.  Thank you @influenster for picking me for this campaign.

What is your go to snack?  Would you try Poppables by Lays??

Disclaimer  –  I got this product  for  free for testing purposes, however all views are my own.
